We are a private family run business established in 2014 in response to financial pressures experienced after the economic downturn in 2008.

aims to become Jamaica's largest property portal by providing real estate hunters with sophisticated search capabilities that will enable quick and straightforward identification of suitable properties.

What's Our Offering?

allows all Jamaican real estate dealers and property developers to advertise commercial and residential properties on our website for FREE for a limited time, and to take advantage of a wide set of advertising products to better promote their properties and brand.

In addition, we allow real estate owners to advertise commercial and residential properties they have for sale or rent, and individuals to advertise accommodation where they are looking for someone to share. These adverts may be added to the website for FREE for a limited time.

Furthermore, we allow visitors to our website to access our property listings to find places to buy, rent or share.

We are not real estate agents.

Advertiser Guidelines

Real estate brokers and developers who advertise on must be licensed with the Real Estate Board of Jamaica, which provides the public with a search facility of its members at http://www.reb.gov.jm.

All advertisers who are real estate brokers are contractually obligated to only list properties that are available for sale or lease with the proper authority from the owner.

Please report any suspected fraudulent or misleading property postings on our website by selecting the "Report Ad" option available within each property listing and completing and submitting the form displayed.
