Available Houses in Unions Acres and Estuary Meadows Ends Today

The National Housing Trust has put up 224 one and two bedroom houses, available to qualified contributors living or working in St. James. Properties are available in both Union Acres and Estuary Meadows. The applications are open between Monday, August 19 2024 and Tuesday, August 20.

Union Acres, Irwin

Unions Acres is a joint venture project of the NHT, Jamaica Civil Service Association and the Jamaica Confederation of Trade Unions. The development is located at Irwin, within easy access to all recreational and commercial opportunities in Montego Bay.

Estuary Meadows, Friendship

Estuary Meadows is a sister community to the existing Estuary at Friendship. This phase of the development is accessed via Sign, Irwin just 5.9 kilometers south-east of Montego Bay and close to Westgate Shopping Centre.
